Reservation Instructions

Please fill out the reservation request form. A confirmation of these details will be sent to your nominated email address immediately. Please ensure that you enter your email address correctly – this enables us to contact you promptly, and you to receive your confirmation details.

Flights or Fast Boat Transfers from Bali:

Flights: Merpati Airlines, Trigana Air, Air Indonesia and Garuda Airlines offer frequent flights between Bali and Lombok every day. Departures are from the domestic airport in Bali (next to Ngurah Rai International airport) and flight time between the islands is approximately 25 minutes followed by a 2 hour drive up the coast of lombok.

Fast Boat Transfers:

We can arrange comfortable and convenient fast boat transfers from Serangan Harbour (Bali) or Gili Trawangan direct to Gili Gede aboard our preferred fast boat operator Gili Getaway. This boat is fully equipped with state of the art safety features and makes the scenic crossing between Bali and Lombok in around 2 hours.

Booking Terms and Conditions

All payment made by Visa, Mastercard or Amex will be charged an additional 3% to cover bank charges

50% of you accommodation will be required as a deposit in order to secure your bookingCancellations & No Shows:

We understand that travel plans change, however, to minimise inconvenience to other guests and avoid losses due to cancellations and no shows, the following conditions apply:

*Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival date incurr a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival date incur 100% cancellation fee. No-Show incur 100% cancellation fee.

Check in time is 12pm and check out time is 11am

Please take note that we are unable to guarantee the exact villa you wish to book. However if the specific villa you have requested is not available, we will be able to book you into a similar villa
