Focusing on local produce, Ko-Ko-Mo’s kitchen (overseen by our renowned ex-Sydney chef) endeavours to produce a menu that is heavily influenced by our seasonal on site vegetable garden and the bounty of local seafood caught daily in the pristine and plentiful waters off Lombok.

In addition to the fresh seafood, all our premium-quality meat is imported from Australia and our entire patisserie choices – bread, croissants and desserts – are made in-house in our custom built bakery.
We grow much of our own Herbs and vegetables in the small resort garden and try to use this produce in our unique thoughtful menu and specials.

Our wine list features a selection of Italian and French wines in addition to quality New World wines (Australia, Chile, South Africa, USA) as well as some very drinkable locally produced wines – so we can therefore provide a great choice for food pairing, focusing on wines that complement our menu. We also offer a selection of French champagnes and Prosecco to accompany your meal – or to simply enjoy as an aperitif

This place is simply paradise. We had an amazing 3 nights. Food at the restaurant was delicious - we're quite fussy food wise so don't say that lightly. All of the staff are so welcoming and polite
